MOST
DELICIOUS MEATBALLS

Ingredients
3/4 lbs Italian Sausage
3/4 lbs Ground Sirloin
1/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Eggs
1/8 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
Pinch of Salt
2 Teaspoons Fresh pepper
Olive Oil
Pre-heat
oven to 350°
For
the Meatballs
In a large skillet
brown the ground sirloin and Italian sausage.
Drain and set aside. In a large mixing bowl
combine Italian bread crumbs, milk, eggs and
grated Romano cheese. Add meats, salt and pepper
to mixture and combine. Shape meatballs into
rounds. Place meatballs on olive oil coated
baking dish and bake in pre-heated oven for
20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
For
the Sauce
2 Jars of Red Currant Jelly
Mustard
Method
In a crock pot or large sauce pan - over medium
heat - mix together 2 jars of Red Currant Jelly
and mustard until the sauce turns a slight yellow/brown
color. Add meatballs to warm mixture. Serve
in a chafing dish or warming platter.
